Our LEONE Brand Among the World’s Best Slovenian Brands

In March, we attended an event organized by Superbrands Slovenia, where we heard the results of the latest survey on the brand recognition of Slovenian brands among consumers. We also met with the expert panel and learned about more than 200 brands that successfully met all the criteria and passed the threshold for inclusion in the highest Superbrands category.
After the presentation, we attended a roundtable discussion with representatives of established brands that have already earned the Superbrands title. Participants in the discussion included Marko Cerovšek from Barcaffè, Jure Kumljanc from Eurospin, and our brand manager for LEONE and AL!VE, Petra Komel Gentilini, who shared their experiences and perspectives on building strong brands. We are proud to have been part of this discussion. On this occasion, our Petra emphasized: “I’m delighted to have had the opportunity to share some insights and experiences regarding the development of our brands in the pleasant company of the panelists.”
The Superbrands Slovenia 2026 event once again confirmed that strong and trustworthy brands are built primarily on consistency, an understanding of consumers, and a clear and authentic identity.
